Parent School Relationship

It is the duty of Parents to see that their children are regular, come neat and tidy to school and In time for class and bring all their necessary school-items with them.
(a) Parents should carefully go through the school calendar daily and sign the remarks if any. The unit Test reports and the Terminal Examination results should be scrutinised and signed by parents.
(b) Parents should also keep an eye on late attendance reports. Reasons for absence should themselves for more then two days should submit a leave letter to the Principal and also make necessary entries in the school Calendar. Students who are late without a valid reason will be kept outside the school and will have to make up their class work on their own. Students who neglect their lessons will be required to stay in school after class to complete their lessons.
When communicating with the Principal, Parent are requested to state in their letters the class and section in which their child is studying
Parents and visitors are requested to meet the principal: 9.00 am to 10.00 am and 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm.
Parents, guardians or other persons are not allowed to see the children or interview their teachers during school hours without the prior written permission of the Principal, They are requested to bring their complaints, directly to the Principal and not to any member of the staff.

Parents Teachers meet for Primary section will be there on second Saturdays from 12 noon to 1.00 p.m
Phone calls calling teachers to the phone during class hours will not be accepted.
Parents of secondary and primary children should apply for a railway concession 14 days before the form is required for the booking of the ticket and only to the native place.
