St Joseph School Ratlam

Parents must understand that the Management has a right to make the conditions on which they will admit or retain pupils in their school. (code)

Admission is granted to students who come from outside Ratlam, depending on the vacancy in each class. An entrance Examination is conducted in all major subject of learning .On the basis of merit in this entrance examination, student will be given admission.

At every stage of admission, selection of candidate is made by a selection committee. Details and all relevant information is displayed on all notice boards of the school on and before the days specified for admission. Kindly keep, yourselves informed accordingly.

NO DONATION WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SECURING ADMISSION AND ANY OFFER OF DONATION IN WHATEVER FORM WILL DISQUALIFY THE STUDENT FOR ADMISSION.

At the time of admission of your ward into the school a Transfer certificate from the last school attended, duly countersigned by the Department concerned, is to be attached to the admission form if you desire to withdraw your child because of transfer or for any personal reason, kindly send in an application signed by parents, to the Principal. T.C will be given three days after the submission of application. Before the T.C is issued, all dues are to be cleared.

ADMISSION TO CLASS XI

  • Every year there will be regular 10% hike in Fees. This is imperative due to the required regular hike in Dearness Allowance, to be paid to Teaching Staff and IV Employees.
  • No Pupil against whom there arrears will be admitted at the beginning of a term.
  • No readmission is required for children for children absent during holidays or for broken periods owing to sickness or misfortune.
  • If a student is removed from the school, no certificate will be issued until her/his school account has been cleared in full.
  • All fees are to be paid by the 25th of every month. Parent are not to expect concession for two or more children studying in the school.
  • School fees are charged for twelve months of the year. Students need to have clear all their dues before appearing for an examination. Fees once paid is non-refundable.
  • Receipts are issued for every payment made, and parents are requested to make sure that they receive the receipts. Duplicate receipts will not be Issued.
