Leave Of Absence

If a pupil is absent due to illness, the Principal must be informed at once. A pupil who has been absent for any reason when he/she returns to school must bring the reason duly entered in the 'LEAVE RECORD' page, in the calendar and signed by his parent or guardian, otherwise the pupil will be refused admission and sent home, in which case the School will ward off all responsibility.

If a child is likely to be absent for more than a week, due to illness, the Principal should be informed immediately. Absence without leave for more than two weeks, renders the student liable to have her/his name struck off the roll. If readmitted he/she well Pay the entrance fee again.

No absence or late arrival will be admitted to class without the Principal signature.

The Principal permission is required:

  • To make collection for any purpose whatsoever.
  • To arrange for a party, picnic or meeting.
  • To bring books, periodicals and newspapers into the school premises.
